
Mission
At any given time during the year, we have multiple operations going on simultaneously to complete our mission objective. Please read below for a short description detailing our mission objective, as well as each operation. Our Mission Objective
In accordance with a calling from Christ through our Catholic faith, we aim to serve those in the Appalachian region of the United States in five critical ways:
* By delivering meals to each county in the Appalachian region to combat poverty
* By providing critical resources to those struggling with homelessness
* By expediting urgently needed assistance to disaster-affected areas
* By offering essential resource bags to those struggling with addiction
* By sharing critical information regarding the human trafficking threat in the region
* By advocating for legislation that is more reflective of God's will
Operations

Operation Food Fight
(Addressing Poverty)
This operation is the cornerstone of our ministry. Each month, we load up and deliver meals all throughout the entire Appalachian region of the United States. In 2025, our goal is to deliver 10,000 meals. In 2026, our goal will be to deliver over 20,000 meals to the region.

St. Anthony's Table (Addressing Poverty)
This is a local effort in our hometown of Martinsburg, West Virginia to combat food insecurity on behalf of those who are homeless and live below the poverty line. We host what we call “Saint Anthony’s Table”, named after Saint Anthony of Padua, who was the Patron Saint of those in poverty.

Blue Yonder Outreach
(Addressing Homelessness)
We used our original namesake for this operation. Operation Blue Yonder is our effort provide critical resources to the homeless population of Appalachia in their time of need. Many regions of Appalachia are at a disproportionally high rate of homelessness.

Operation Front Line
(Disaster Recovery)
When natural disasters strike, we go to affected areas throughout Appalachia and deliver emergency supplies to those in need. We also distribute emergency resources to those who are homeless and have no place for safe shelter. Our response time is 3-7 days after a disaster hits.

Operation November
(Addiction Recovery)
Operation November is designed specifically to combat the addiction epidemic that has swept the Appalachian region of the United States. We travel to known hotspots for addiction, and hand out addiction resource bags.
