Operations
At any given time during the year, we have up to seven different operations going on to accomplish our six mission objectives. Please read below for a short description detailing each operation. And as always, feel free to reach out to us with any questions that you may have regarding any of our operations!

Operation Food Fight
This operation is the cornerstone of our ministry. Each month, we load up and deliver meals all throughout the Appalachian Region of the United States. In 2024, we delivered 1,100 meals. In 2025, we are skyrocketing to a projected delivery of 10,000 meals. In 2026, we are going above and beyond with 12,000 – 20,000 meals! These go to food pantries, churches, shelters, and other organizations all throughout Appalachia that help the poor and the homeless, including homeless veterans, and those who are homeless due to fleeing a domestic abuse situation.

Saint Anthony's Table
This is a local effort in our hometown of Martinsburg, West Virginia to combat food insecurity on behalf of those who are homeless and live below the poverty line. We host what we call “Saint Anthony’s Table”, an event held multiple times throughout the year to provide local residents with food items that they need to help combat food insecurity. We will set up multiple tables and put out food items so that we can be of service to others. Saint Anthony of Padua was the Patron Saint of the poor, and so we name this operation in honor of his holy dedication to those in poverty.

Operation Front Line
This operation is in response to the devastation left behind from Hurricane Helene in 2024. Our Ministry traveled to the flood-ravaged regions of North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, and we will not easily forget the devastation that we saw. We will periodically go to disaster-stricken areas throughout Appalachia and deliver emergency supplies to those in need. We also distribute emergency resources to those who are homeless and have no place for safe shelter. We have braved storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and even earthquakes and wildfires to deliver these supplies.

Operation November
Operation November is designed specifically to combat the addiction epidemic that has swept the Appalachian region of the United States. We travel to known hotspots for addiction, and hand out addiction resource bags. These bags contain a personal message of hope and healing for those struggling, along with prayer materials, and food. The food provided is specifically for the purposes of relieving brain fog, fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, and dehydration, as well as several serotonin producers. We know it works because it is what our CEO used when breaking his addiction.

Blue Yonder Outreach
We used our original namesake for this operation. Operation Blue Yonder is an effort to educate people via social media on the Catholic faith, and distribute Catholic prayer materials in the areas that we serve. When we are able, we also uphold one of the most important tenants of our Catholic Faith – the sanctity of life.
